I personally am very happy with the end product and can state that it was a pleasure working with everyone at WENCO.  Not only did we attempt this during the winter months, but it also turned out to be one of the worst winters in recent times.  But even with the weather-related delays I was very happy that your team was able to pull the project forward and still complete on or very close to the target date.  And all this was done with a clean safety record, which personally is more important to me than time or money.

WENCO has represented themselves professionally and cooperation with board representatives, consultants and sub trades. The project was completed on time and working within our budget limits.

The Project Manager and site superintendent were always informative during the construction phases and our meetings. It was refreshing to see how the project manager who was organized, kept minutes and meeting notes to discuss.

When speaking to Suzanne Winters after the project was complete, I mentioned, “If we ever need to build an additional structure while I am Pastor, I am handing the project fully over to Wenco and they can give me the keys when it is finished.”

The entire team are great to work with.  I know we are a challenge for phasing and coordination, since we have to operate 24/7/365. At MVH/CompuNet, we try to put the patient first in everything we do- so when we were discussing the phasing, I kept going back to “what is the patient impact”? They were terrific in communicating what was needed to all the different subcontractors.  Everyone came together to get the renovation done with as little impact to our patients as possible.
