WENCO designed a 51,000 SF office/warehouse addition with 15,000 SF of corporate offices and an open atrium entry. The building was constructed on Geo-piers due to poor soil conditions and raised 3’ above existing grade due to flood plain. Manufacturing features included:
Craneway #1 – two (2) Konecranes CXT 5 ton x 43’-9” span single girder top running Class “C” cranes with 150’ of ASCE crane rails and electrification
Craneway #2 – two (2) Konecranes CXT 5 ton x 45’-0” span single girder top running Class “C” cranes with 150’ of ASCE crane rails and electrification
One (1) 2,100 lb. capacity twin jack holeless hydraulic passenger elevator
The office areas incorporated a cloud system to enhance the overall functionality of the space. SEEPEX chose this design to promote an open floor plan and to highlight activity areas while allowing for reconfiguration of space and organizational needs change.
