The master plan was to grow to 400,000 SF. WENCO constructed a design-build 100,000 SF pre-engineered metal building and an additional 80,000 SF addition three years later that included a railroad spur off the mainline to the pellet silos site on the other side of the spur. The building has twin 4000-amp electric services and 2 large steam boilers for process steam.
Thereafter, WENCO constructed a design-build 180,000 SF pre-engineered metal building addition to the existing facility with a Butler standing seam roof system, single-sloped roof and 50’ bays and 50’ modules.
