Tenant fit-out including 56,332 SF of interior finishes, furnishings, fixtures, electrical service, painting the ceiling and walls and refinishing of the existing concrete floor. The faux timber archway had wrapped columns for the main entry and 60′ metal framed beams wrapped with cedar boards to give timber look. Project was completed on budget and within 90 days for a quick turnaround.
