Design-build construction of a 16,000 SF Butler pre-engineered metal office/warehouse building with a covered canopy entrance. 8,000 SF of office space and 8,000 SF of warehouse with an exterior insulation and finish system with cultured stone. The building has 15 offices, a conference room, one safety office, multiple storage, and meeting rooms, 7 bathrooms and a large breakroom with a garage door exterior wall to open to the outside. The reception and conference areas have decorative cloud ceilings.
