WENCO has worked for Premier Health for over 20 years, continuously.
WENCO completed all the general trades for an 80,000 SF, 4 floor build out of shell space with 48 beds on the top 2 floors, 5 Operating rooms on the ground floor and a kitchen in the basement. WENCO did the concrete for the loading docks as well on the existing building.
WENCO was the general contractor for a new plan and specification 6,000 SF two story new mechanical building shell as well as the demo of concrete in the existing building, site demolition and excavation, plumbing, foundation and slab, steel stairs and masonry. This project was completed at the same time we were working on the 4 floors build out.
WENCO has completed 100’s of projects for Miami Valley North, inside and outside of their campus. Many of the projects were specialty projects providing expertise in design-build, plan and specification and metal building construction. Building expansions, office renovations and multiple concrete projects.
Working in interior space requires special skills that not all companies possess; especially when working in occupied buildings. Security, safety, air quality, delivery logistics, and debris management must be considered. WENCO has completed thousands of projects involving building expansions, office renovations, tenant improvements, retail spaces and concrete work.
