Suzanne has been in the commercial construction industry since 1980, serving in various positions throughout her tenure.

In 1994, Suzanne joined WENCO as their Controller and was promoted to Vice President of Administration in 2003. As Vice President, she was responsible for the oversight of the financial operations, human resources, office operations and IT department. Additionally, Winters was responsible for the safety administration and compliance. She shares “the quality and professionalism of our people make all the difference in delivering stellar customer service and workmanship to our customers.”

Suzanne became the owner of WENCO Construction Company, LLC on January 1, 2014. Under her leadership, WENCO is recognized as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), WBE and EDGE certified commercial construction company serving Southwestern Ohio.

Winters provides leadership and works with the management team to establish long term goals. Suzanne believes “attention to detail and communication at all levels of the WENCO organizations, assures our clients we are delivering superior professional results.”
